We’re creating a trusted network of professional recruiters.
This is an environment where members who have been properly vetted can collaborate on placements and share fees to the mutual benefit of all.
This is an atmosphere of mutual respect.
Quite simply, our members treat clients, candidates, and other members as they would want to be treated.
We encourage a spirit of community.
For this recruiting split network to fulfill its potential, we all have to do our part by contributing and maintaining standards of integrity. We are all expected to contribute openings and candidates to our Pods. And we pledge to manage and maintain our professional relationships in a timely and respectful fashion.
We do not engage other members’ clients.
When you bring clients into your Pod, you are considered the manager of those clients. Members of The Hire Syndicate agree not to approach or attempt to engage another member’s clients.
Information stays within the Pod.
We do not share clients or candidates with third parties or other non-members unless the member has been given written permission to do so.
We don’t waste each other’s time.
Our members only post live jobs they can fill, and only send candidates who are right for jobs. Simply put, nobody has time to waste and it won’t be tolerated in this split placement network.
We communicate in a professional manner.
We encourage our members to follow accepted industry standards and behave in a courteous manner.
We believe in fair rules of candidate ownership.
We suggest one year from the date submitted, but Pods are free to create their own rules. There is no global ownership, only ownership with respect to a relationship between individual Pod members.
