For founder and CEO, Allen Ackerman, The Hire Syndicate was the product of necessity. As a recruiter of 15 years and former software developer, he saw the shift taking place in the industry toward split placements and was searching for a system that would help him take advantage of the new opportunities.

But he found no online recruiter network that would efficiently connect him with other recruiters in his specialty for splits. And he saw much potential to incorporate new technologies for improved, economical workflows.

So he put his practical and technical experience to work and created The Hire Syndicate. The mission of The Hire Syndicate is simply to help recruiters make more placements, more quickly and easily. It’s the ultimate resource for split recruiting. Members work together in specialized Pods, where they can share placements and candidates. Their job orders and candidates all “live” on the platform and are accessible with a click from the web, desktop, and smartphone. Real time and mobile recruiting are essential features that exemplify our desire to deliver tools that make split recruiting seamless.
